Shingle Roofs:
Shingle roofs are both economical and reliable. Modern shingles are composed of both asphalt and
fiberglass composite. They possess a very high fireproof rating, they are available in a variety of brands, colors, and shapes, and they require very little maintenance. Shingle roofs are the most popular consumer choice. It is the most traditional and inexpensive material.

Advanced specializes in architectural shingle roofs, which have an extra layer of asphalt and mineral
granules. They are thicker than the common three-tab shingle, giving them a more three-dimensional
aesthetic quality. Architectural shingles can resemble slate or wood shakes.
They are a modest upgrade to the typical shingle.

Slate & Tile Roofs:
Natural Slate, concrete, and clay tile roofing materials have been protecting buildings from the elements for centuries. We've only been working with these materials for over 20 years. Our expert craftsman will work with all types of Slate and Tile including architectural sheet metal. Restoring and repairing these roofs is our specialty.

Ceder:
We install all types of cedar roofs, from heavy shakes to cedar perfections. Cedar can come with a fire resistant treatment, or be made out of a synthetic material. Also, existing cedar roofs often need small repairs, which we are highly capable of handling to ensure that the integrity of your roof is maintained.
Modified Bitumen Roofing Systems :

Uses innovative polymer technology, Atactic Polypropylene (APP) and S.B.S. (Sequenced Butadeine Styrene). These materials are fabricated in sheets that can be layered, which improves workability. The visible surface can be foil face, granules, aluminum coating, or emulsion coating, just to name a few.

Hot Tar Roofs:

"Hot Tar" roofing is sometimes referred to as Built-Up roofing; they are one and the same. This roofing is comprised of several alternating layers of rolled out fiberglass based materials and molten tar. First, a layer of "Base Paper" is nailed down to the prepared surface. This layer serves as a buffer between the structure and the roofing material. It allows for some structural shifting without damaging the roofing and provides a high quality surface on which to bond the roofing.

Next an asphalt-impregnated roll of fiberglass is applied to the base layer using molten tar. This molten tar melts and bonds with the asphalt in the fiberglass, in effect binding them into one. This step is repeated two to five times, depending on the warranty wanted, but two or three is most common and extremely effective.

At this stage there are two options. Either an emulsion/UV block can be applied as a final coat or a granulated cap sheet mopped on with molten tar.

Durolast:

A custom-prefabricated, reinforced, thermoplastic single-ply roofing system that is ideal for any commercial, industrial, or residential (flat or low-sloped) application. Industry-leading standard commercial warranty has no exclusions for ponding water or consequential damages. Extremely durable & easily installed by authorized contractors without disruption to daily operations, the roofing system is also leak-proof, energy-efficient, chemical & fire resistant, resistant to high winds, & virtually maintenance-free.

EPDM -(Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) :

maintain and repair. Flexibility and movement without breakage. Resistant to ultraviolet light and ponding water.

PVC -(Poly-Vinyl Chloride) :

professional/sophisticated-looking material. It comes in a wide range of styles and colors.
